During your initial consultation, we discuss your budget openly and provide honest guidance on how to allocate it for maximum impact. We know which vendors deliver the best value at different price points and can suggest creative solutions to achieve beautiful results within any budget. We never pressure clients to spend more than they are comfortable with — our goal is to deliver exceptional value, not upsell unnecessary services. We also offer flexible payment schedules to make professional planning accessible to more families.

We offer both full planning and day-of coordination services, depending on your needs and budget. Full planning includes everything from concept development and vendor selection to design, timeline creation, RSVP management, and complete on-day coordination. Day-of coordination is for clients who have done most of the planning themselves but want a professional to manage the event day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and troubleshooting any issues. We also offer partial planning packages for clients who need help with specific aspects (vendor selection, design, or timeline management) while handling other elements themselves. During your consultation, we discuss your specific situation and recommend the service level that makes the most sense for you.
