‘We plan virtually every type of private celebration — birthday parties (adult and children), anniversary celebrations, engagement parties, graduation parties, family reunions, holiday gatherings, housewarming celebrations, retirement parties, and ‘just because’ parties. We also plan surprise parties (which require special coordination), themed costume parties, and seasonal celebrations. No event is too small or too unconventional — we have planned intimate dinners for 8 and elaborate themed parties for 150. Every celebration deserves thoughtful planning.
How far in advance should I book party planning services?
For most parties, 4-8 weeks of planning time is ideal. This allows us to secure your preferred venue, book quality vendors, and design custom decor elements. For elaborate themed parties or events during peak season (October through January), 10-12 weeks is recommended. For simpler parties or celebrations with shorter notice, we can often accommodate bookings 2-3 weeks out depending on our availability and your flexibility on venue and vendor choices. Can you work with my venue or home?

We coordinate catering and bar service as part of our party planning packages.
