For full planning services, we recommend booking 9-12 months ahead of your wedding date. This allows ample time for venue selection, vendor booking, and design development. For on-the-day coordination, 3-6 months is typically sufficient. Popular dates at peak venues in Hong Kong (October through May) can book up 12-18 months in advance, so early contact is always beneficial.
Do you work with specific venues and vendors, or can we choose our own?
We have trusted relationships with Hong Kong finest venues and vendors — from the Peninsula and Four Seasons to boutique hotels and hidden gem locations. We pass these relationships on to you through preferred rates and priority availability. However, if you have your own vendors in mind, we are equally happy to work with them. Our role is to ensure every vendor aligns with your vision and executes flawlessly, regardless of who they are.
Can you help with cultural or religious wedding traditions?
Absolutely. Hong Kong is a wonderfully multicultural city, and we have extensive experience blending cultural traditions into modern celebrations. Whether it is a Chinese tea ceremony, Indian baraat, Western church ceremony, or a fusion of multiple cultures, we ensure every tradition is honored meaningfully. We have planned weddings incorporating elements from Chinese, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Western, and mixed-heritage traditions.
